Work experience: Shoirsa Muzaffarovna has 8 years of experience in microfinancinge and more than 6 years of experience in management of micro financial organization.
Her working activity has begun in NGO “ Saodat” under the project “Oyanda” which was implementing the in-kind lendings. She has participated in establishment of Microloan Fund “MicroInvest” and as a result of transformation into MDO “Arvand” continued her work activity as General Director.
Has wide experience in sphere of microfinancinge and administrative activity. Shoira MUzaffarovna is a member Board of Directors of AMFOT and represents interests of AMFOT in Board of Directors of MDO “Bovari va Hamkori”.
Yakubova Gulnora Jusufjanovna

Additional Education: Khujand branch of Politechnical University – engineer-technologist, different kind of trainings on microfinance. She finishes training under the program Master of Business Administration at present, of Moscow Business School.
Work experience: Gulnora Jusufjanovna begins her working activity in Kairakkum Carpet Factory as engineer-technologist of the department of quality assurance of research works and standards of technical center. Has over seven years of experience in Supervision Department of National Bank of Tajikistan. In microfinancinge sphere was promoted from loan officer to coordinator and to Operations Director of MDO “Arvand”, and represents these functions till today.
Abdulloev Kahor Gaffarovich
Finance Director
Education – Higher Economic, Tajik State University named after V.I.Lenin , Dushanbe specialty - Trade Economy.
Additional Education: Certified Accountant Practitioner–“CAP”, International Council of the Certified Accountant Practitioner and Auditors, Pragma Corporation (2003г.). He finishes training under the program Master of Business Administration at present, of Moscow Business School.
Operational experience: Kahor Gaffarovich has began his working activity in Town Trade Department as an economist.
Since August, 2004 has continued his career activity in MLF ”MicroInvest” (earlier the Center of Support of Development of Micro- Entreprenuers) and held a position of Chief accountant. For today career growth has led him to position of Financial Director of MDO “Arvand”
Ikromy Shakhnoz
Business Development Director
Education – Tajik State University named after B. Gafurov, specialty: Finances and Credit
Additional education: Course of ITC (ILO) “Key to successful micro finance”, Course "Training on preparation of trainers" GTZ ( German Society on Technical Cooperation) the Trainer-counsultant and great number of trainings on marketing and microcrediting.
Operational experience: Shakhnoz Ikromy has begun her activity in 1998 in Authorized point of “Amonat Bank” in Chkalovsk where carried out functions of the bookkeeper-operator.
Working in the microfinance organization, has passed a way from loan officer to Branch Manager and Business Development Director of LLC MDO ”Arvand”.
In framework of the program of preparation of Trainers organized by GTZ and AMFOT, she has been certificated and in present actively co-operates with representatives of MFIs of Tajikistan as the Business- trainer advisor.
Abdullaev Khurshed Tursunboevich
